Cucumber Badi is a traditional dish from the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, made from a flavorful mix of grated cucumber, rice or lentil flour, and Himalayan spices, shaped into dumplings and sun-dried for days to enhance flavor and shelf-life. Once dried, these badis are deep-fried or lightly sautéed to give a crispy texture and served as a side dish or mixed into curries.
